摘  要:总结USTER QUANTUM 3型电子清纱器的设置、优化及使用体会。阐述了"纱体"、"密集区"的概念,介绍了USTER QUANTUM 3型电子清纱器电清曲线的设置和优化方法,并分析了纱体图上纱疵的分布状态、纱体形态和纱疵柱状图与纱线条干水平、所纺纤维平均长度、纤维整齐度、重量不匀率、不正常纱疵产生原因间的关系。指出:USTER QUANTUM 3型电子清纱器在设置和优化清纱参数时应沿纱体设置清纱曲线,同时控制十万米切疵数在40个左右。认为USTER QUANTUM 3型电子清纱器不仅可实现产品质量控制,还有利于发现条干、纱疵、异纤、捻接等异常锭子,可为设备检修提供方便。Settings, optimization and use experience of USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn cleaner were summarized. Concepts of yarn body and compact zone were explained. Setting and optimizing methods of USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn clean curve were introduced. The relationships of distribution of yarn defects, yarn body morphology and yarn defect histogram with yarn evenness level, average length of spun fiber, fiber uniformity, weight irregularity and rea- son for the forming of abnormal yarn defects were analyzed. It is pointed that yarn clean curve should be set up along yarn body when cleaning parameters are set up and optimized for USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn cleaner. Yarn defect cut number should be controlled about 40 counts. It is considered that USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn cleaner not only can be used to achieve the controlling of product quality but also is helpful to find the abnormal spindles like evenness and yarn defects and foreign fiber and twist knot,which provides convenience for equipment maintenance.
