摘  要:介绍粘胶蜂窝状微孔结构光触媒纤维赛络混纺纱的上浆经验。根据所浆纱线的特性和各种浆料的特性,选择了不含PVA的浆料配方和"轻张力、中压力、保回潮"的浆纱工艺路线,保证了浆膜的完整性和纱线一定的弹性,减少了浆纱二次毛羽的产生,确保了织轴质量,同时配以合理的织造工艺,保证了织口清晰,降低了经纱断头次数,提高了特殊纤维品种的织机效率和质量。认为根据纱线特性设置合理的浆纱和织造工艺,才能有效提高浆纱质量,使织造顺利进行。Sizing experience of honeycomb porous structure photocatalyst fiber blended yarn was introduced. According to the property of sized yarn and size mixture, sizing instruction without PVA and sizing processing of lighter tension, medium pressure, keep resurgence were chose. Integrity of sized film and certain elasercity of yarn were ensured. Secondary hairiness in sizing was reduced. Quality of woven beam was ensured. At the same time, reasonable weaving process was accompanied, clear cloth-fell was ensured, number of warp breakage were reduced, weaving efficiency and quality of special fiber varieties were improved. It is considered that sizing quality can be improved and weaving can be successfully based on reasonable configuration sizing and weaving process by yarn property.
