梳棉机固定分梳元件的研究现状及展望

摘　　要：探讨梳棉机固定分梳元件的研究现状及发展趋势。通过对梳棉机刺辊部分的预分梳板、后固定盖板、前固定盖板的发展历史、作用及未来发展趋势等相关问题进行讨论,提出了分梳板、后固定盖板、前固定盖板隔距的合理选择范围。指出:为了进一步提高梳棉机的产量,增加固定分梳元件是必须的,但相关的工艺隔距优化至关重要。认为:应重点研究固定分梳元件的齿深、齿排列及齿宽等相关参数对梳理质量的影响;梳针分梳件对成纱质量的影响也是今后的重点研究方面。Research status and prospect of carding machine fixed carding component were discussed. Development history, function and development trend in the future of pre carding plate, back stationary fiat, front stationary fiat were discussed. It is pointed out that in order to further improve the output of carding machine, the fixed carding component must be increased, but related gauge optimization are important. It is considered that influence of fixed carding element tooth deep, tooth arrangement, tooth width and other related parameters on carding quality should be researched. Influence of pin-type carding component on yarn quality is also important.
