犬传染性肝炎的病理学观察

摘　　要：为观察犬感染传染性肝炎后各器官的病理变化。采集均来自患传染性肝炎(犬腺病毒Ⅰ型)ICH试纸检测阳性的患犬,通过制作病理切片、镜下观察并分析其病理变化。从病理切片中看到肝窦扩张,淤血明显,肝索紊乱,肝细胞部分稍显浊肿,可见少许双核肝细胞,胆汁浸入小胆管上皮;胆囊黏膜出血、水肿,胆囊壁明显增厚;小肠固有膜水肿,黏膜浅层自溶坏死;肾脏淤血、出血,近曲小管部分浊肿,远曲小管水肿,肾小球增大,毛细血管袢充血;淋巴结结构正常,血管纤维增生,大量浆细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,可见吞噬含铁血黄素组织细胞散在。其中肝脏、胆囊变化最为明显。表明犬传染性肝炎主要侵袭患犬的肝胆、消化系统及免疫系统,为病理学研究和治疗的侧重点提供理论依据。In this paper,we studied the pathological changes in various organs after infection with infectious canine hepatitis vi-rus. Material were collected from patients suffering from infectious hepatitis（canine adenovirus type I）ICH dipstick-positive dogs,and pathological changes were analyzed. Pathological changes were observed,which include inusoidal dilatation,obvious congestion,hepatic cord disorders,slightly cloudy swelling of the liver cells,liver cells with a few dual-core,and epithelium immersed in thesmall bile duct;gallbladder mucosal bleeding,edema,gallbladder wall thickening;intestinal lamina propria edema,mucosal necrosisautolysis shallow;kidney congestion,hemorrhage,part of the proximal tubule cloudy swelling, edema distal tubule,increased glomeru-lar capillary loop congestion;normal lymph node structure,vascular fibrosis,a large number of plasma cells,eosinophils infiltration,hemosiderin seen scattered in the tissue cells. Based on these observations,we conclude that canine infectious hepatitis mainly at-tack digestive and immune systems in infected dogs.Our data will provide some insights on the pathogenesis and treatment.
