猪关节内细菌的分离鉴定及生物特性分析

摘　　要：通过对16个猪场中关节肿胀的病料进行细菌分离,其中2型猪链球菌的分离率最高,为56.3%,其次为7型猪链球菌,副猪嗜血杆菌的致病率为25%,但关节液中的分离率仅为6.25%,未分离到HPS的关节液PCR也为阴性,但在关节相对应的猪肺脏中分离到的副猪嗜血杆菌,经小鼠攻毒试验证明其致病性。表明2型链球菌造成的关节肿胀发病率最高。Pathogens were isolated from piglets with polyarthritis piglets on 16 pig farms.Among these pathogens,the isolation rate of serotype 2 streptococcus suis（SS）was 56.3%,the highest among all the isolates,and the second is serotype 7 SS.The incidence of Haemophilus parasuis（HPS）was 25%,while the isolation rate of HPS from joint effusion was only 6.25%.PCR detection of joint effusion with no HPS was also negative,while the HPS isolated from lungs was proved pathogenic using mice challenging assay.
