摘 要:伯特绦虫可感染非人灵长类动物。单纯常规粪检手段难以确定感染,本研究通过对笼养的北平顶猴进行常规粪检,并结合聚合酶链式反应扩增及基因序列比对,建立了司氏伯特绦虫的鉴定方法。利用吸绦灭注射液对感染伯特绦虫的北平顶猴进行驱虫,效果明显。本试验建立了伯特绦虫的分子生物学鉴定技术,并感染北平顶猴进行药物驱虫效果研究,为实验动物伯特绦虫的鉴定和驱虫提供指导。Bertiella studeri could infect non-human primates.Conventional identification of B.studeri relied on observation of ova morphology by stool examination,which is not accurate in some circumstances,especially when the ova appeared abnormal and difficult to judge.Here we developed a method based on polymerase chain reaction and the genomic sequence comparison,using a pair of specific primers derived from ITS.Combined the molecular identification method and conventional stool examination,we were able to confirm that the ova detected in faeces belonged to the Bertiella studeri.The injection of Praziquantel had obvious deworming effects on Bertiella studeri.Our study established a molecular method of identification of Bertiella studeri and our result showed that Praziquantel had great effects on the deworming of Bertiella studeri in Macaca leonina.
