摘 要:在氧化铝生产系统中,溶出、蒸发、焙烧三个工序是主要的热耗工序,回收利用这三个工序的乏汽、烟气的余热可以大大降低整个氧化铝生产系统的能耗,达到节能降耗的目的。采用溶出新蒸汽冷凝水余热回收利用、溶出稀释槽乏汽余热回收利用、全厂新蒸汽冷凝水余热回收利用、焙烧物料余热回收利用、焙烧烟气余热回收利用等节能措施,可大大降低氧化铝生产系统的能耗,从而减少生产运行成本,提高氧化铝企业的市场竞争力。In alumina production system, the main heat consumption process consists of digestion, evaporation and calcination, the waste heat recycle of exhausted steam and gas from which can reduce greatly the energy consumption for the whole alumina production system, with purpose of energy - saving and consumption - reducing. Some energy - saving measures, such as waste heat recycle of fresh steam condensate water from digestion, exhausted steam from dilution tank, fresh steam condensate water from whole plant, fuel for calcination, gas from calcinations etc. can reduce greatly the energy consumption for alumina production system, so as to reduce greatly the production running cost and strengthen the market competition for alumina industries.
