摘  要:对于低碳含量铝电解废旧阴极,单一烃类捕收剂不能取得令人满意的浮选指标,煤油和轻柴油的选择性较差,汽油的捕收能力差。本文将选择性好的汽油与捕收能力强的煤油和轻柴油分别按一定比例配成复配捕收剂,发现75%汽油+25%煤油(质量分数)的配比下,复配捕收剂可以获得良好的浮选指标。1粗1扫2精中矿顺序返回闭路浮选试验表明,采用75%汽油+25%煤油复配捕收剂与传统捕收剂煤油相比,浮选精矿碳回收率基本相同,品位提高6.79,浮选尾矿电解质回收率提高5.63。For spent pot- lining (SPL) with a low carbon grade, satisfactory floatation index can not be obtained by using single hydrocarbon collectors. To illustrate, kerosene and light diesel oil have bad selectivity and gasoline has bad collecting capacity. Therefore, composite collectors prepared by mixing gasoline with kerosene and light diesel oil at various proportions, respectively, have been applied in single roughing froth floatation of SPL in order to obtain a preferable composite collector with both satisfactory selectivity and collecting capacity. As a result, it is found that favorable floatation index can be got by using 75% gasoline +25% kerosene (mass fraction) as composite collector. Then, a single roughing- single scavenging- double cleaning closed circuit floatation has been performed to test the composite collector with optimal mixing proportion and the result shows, compared to kerosene, the composite collector can obtain concentrate with the same carbon recovery and 6. 79 higher carbon grade, moreover, recovery of electrolyte in the tailing is raised by 5.63.
