纯钛表面载银活性多孔涂层的制备与性能研究

摘  要:在电解液中适度添加Ca、P和纳米银,并经微弧氧化处理后在纯钛表面制备出生物活性元素Ca、P的载银多孔活性涂层。通过XRD研究了涂层的相组成,并利用SEM、EDS、XPS对涂层表面形貌、涂层中元素含量及特征进行了表征。结果表明,涂层主要由金红石相和锐钛矿相构成,表面布满微孔,且含有大量纳米银颗粒,纳米银主要以氧化物形式存在,并可根据改变微弧氧化电压来调整涂层中Ca、P和银元素含量。The aim of this paper is to investigate the surface morphologies and element characteristics of Ag - loaded porous active coatings on commercially pure titanium that prepared by micro - arc method. The Ag -ioaded porous active coatings were prepared on Ti by micro - arc oxidation in the Ag - , Ca - and P - containing electrolytic solution. The phase composition, surface micro - topography and elemental characteristics of the Ag - loaded porous calcium - phosphate films were investigated with XRD, SEM, EDS and XPS. The results showed that the active porous films were mainly composed of TiO2 anatase and rutile. The oxide layer was a kind of porous ceramic intermixture containing Ag, Ca and P. And the coatings contained a high amount of sil- ver. And most of the particles were nano - silver.
