摘　　要：中国网络发展与电影批评的关系越来越密切。网络发展扩大了电影传播与电影流通,电影与网络互动越来越强烈。学者们对网络影评的利与弊、得与失进行了比较充分的探讨。一些学者对网络电影的特征与价值进行了阐述。微电影现在是业界与学界关心、讨论较多的话题之一。微博、微信在网络与电影中的作用逐步引起人们的重视。中国网络发展与电影批评及其价值取向是网络文化的一个重要组成部分,应该重视仁、义、礼、智、信。The relationship between Chinese internet development and film criticism becomes closer and closer. Inter- net development makes the film transmission and spreading much easier. And there is a stronger interaction between film and internet. Scholars have sufficiently discussed advantages and disadvantages, gain and loss of internet film criticism. And some have elaborated the features and value of internet film. Micro film is one of the hot issues of in- ternet film circle and academic circle. And the function of Microblog and Wechat in internet and film has attracted a lot attention. Chinese internet development and film criticism and value orientation is a significant part of internet cul- ture, and it is a must to pay attention to huamanity, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and faith.
