摘　　要：介绍电信运营商IT支撑系统中的企业级GIS平台建设和应用现状以及面临的挑战,从云计算角度讨论建设云GIS平台架构的可行性,对建设云GIS平台涉及的关键技术进行研究和分析,供通信行业IT支撑系统从业人员在系统规划及实施过程中参考。The construction, application status and challenges of enterprise GIS Platform in the telecom operators IT support system were introduced. The feasibility of the cloud GIS platform architecture construction from the perspective of cloud computing was discussed. The key technologies of the cloud GIS platform construction were studied and analyzed to offer a reference for the communication industry practitioners in the system planning and implementation process.
