环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗特发性膜性肾病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨环磷酰胺与糖皮质激素联合使用在特发性膜性肾病治疗上的临床疗效。方法对我院2008年5月至2013年5月门诊及住院部收治的30例特发性膜性肾病患者展开治疗方案的研究,回顾性分析比较其临床治疗的相关资料,观察记录患者的临床疗效以及药物不良反应情况,并对其进行分析比较。结果治疗后总有效率达90.00%,且不良反应发生率为16.67%,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环磷酰胺在特发性膜性肾病的治疗上与糖皮质激素联合使用临床效果明显,值得临床上推广和使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Methods 30 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy admitted to our hospital from May 2008 to May 2013 were selected to analyze the treatment programs. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical effects and adverse reactions before and after therapy were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate increased significantly after therapy （0.0% vs. 90.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions decreased significantly after therapy （43.33% vs. 16.67%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Cyclophosphamide combined with glucocorticoids has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy, which is worthy of further promotion and clinical use.
