摘  要:目的建立一种新的血清碳酸氢根(HCO3-)测定方法。方法应用自配试剂建立两步终点测定法,可满足全自动和手工半自动测定,并对本方法进行方法学评价。结果本法比色液吸收峰556~558nm,线性范围1~50 mmol/L,批内CV 2.56%,批间CV 3.55%,回收率96~103%,与血气分析仪(X)相关良好,Y=0.48+0.989X,r=0.982(n=40),脂血、溶血、黄疸标本对结果无影响,健康人静脉HCO3-浓度x珋±s=25.76±2.26 mmol/L。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,试剂稳定,成本低廉,适合各级医院常规和急症使用。Objective:To establish a new method for the determination of serum HCO3 - concentration. Method Using self - made reagents to establish a test method of two - seep terminal point,which was methodotogically evaluated. Result The peak absorption was at 556 ~ 558nm,the linearity was from 1 ~ 50 mmol/ L,the intra - lot CV was 2. 56% ,the inter -lot CV was 3. 55% ,and the recovery rate was 96 ~ 103% . These resulte were in good correlation with those obtained by blood gasometry(x):y = 0. 48 + 0. 989x,r = 0. 982(n = 40). Hyperlipoidemia,hemolysis and serions jaundice samples had no influence on the result,the density of HCO3 - in venous blood of heathy person x ± s = 25. 76 ± 2. 26 mmol/ L. Conclu-sions This method is a simple,accurate,and reliable,the reagents are stable and cheap. It is suitable for the routine and e-mergency determination of serum HCO3 - concentration for various hospitals.
