摘　　要：网络社会心态何以可能这一论题包括网络社会心态存在何以可能、认识何以可能和价值何以可能三个方面。其中,网络社会心态的存在何以可能是本论题的前提;认识何以可能是本论题的核心;价值何以可能是本论题的目的。分析表明,网络社会心态是一种真实的社会存在;通过一定的技术手段,在实践中可对其加以认识;它对网络社会发展具有重要意义。The topic that social mentality in cybersociety is possible contains three aspects：why the existence of social mentality in cybersociety is possible , why the cognition of social mentality in cybersociety is possible and why the value of social mentality in cybersociety is possible.That why the existence of social mentality in cybers-ociety is possible is the premise of this topic , that why the cognition of social mentality in cybersociety is possible is the core of this topic , and that why the value of social mentality in cybersociety is possible is the objective of this topic.The analysis shows that the existence of social mentality in cybersociety is real , and it can be under-stood in practice by some technical means and has great significance to the development of cybersociety .
