摘  要:对掺量均为7%的矿粉沥青胶浆和硅藻土粉沥青胶浆进行了物理、力学性能试验,其中物理试验包括软化点、针入度及布氏黏度试验;力学试验包括小梁低温冲击试验及三点弯曲试验。沥青物理试验结果表明:硅藻土粉可以显著提升沥青高、低温性能,并利于弱化沥青的温度敏感性。力学试验结果表明:硅藻土粉沥青胶浆不仅具有更加优良的抗冲击性能,而且能够承受更大的低温变形,从而对硅藻土改性沥青混凝土的制备过程中硅藻土粉和矿粉的掺入比例设计具有一定的指导意义,有利于硅藻土改性沥青混凝土的推广使用。The physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mortars respectively mixed with 7% mine filler and with 7%diatomite were tested,the physical tests including point test,penetration test and Brookfield viscosity test,the mechanical tests including impact test and three-point bending test.The physical tests indicate that the diatomite can significantly strengthen the high and low temperature performance of asphalt.In addition,diatomite is more conducive to weakening temperature sensitivity of asphalt mortar.The mechanical tests indicate that diatomite asphalt mortar has better impact resistance performance and higher deformation resistance at low temperature.Thus,it is significant for preparation of diatomite modified asphalt concrete on the design of grade mixing ratio,so as to be conducive to promoting the use of diatomite modified asphalt mortar.
