影响老年口腔颌面部疼痛患者的相关因素及护理干预措施

摘　　要：目的:分析影响老年口腔颌面部疼痛的相关影响因素并探讨有效的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析我院在2011年2月到2012年2月期间治疗的140例老年口腔颌面部疼痛患者的相关信息,总结此疾病的影响因素,并将患者分为对照组与实验组。两组患者均进行止痛、消炎治疗,对照组在治疗过程中采用常规护理,实验组则进行针对性护理,经过一段时间治疗及护理后,比较两组患者的好转率并评价患者对相应护理方法的满意程度。结果:实验组患者经针对性护理干预后的病情好转率明显高于对照组;且实验组患者对其护理方法的满意程度显著高于对照组。结论:针对患者病情及心理状况进行针对性护理可明显改善患者病情并且提高患者对相应护理方法的满意程度。Objective： To analyze relative factors inelderly patient with oral and maxillofacial painand to explore effective methods of nursingcare. Methods： From February 2011 to February 2012, 72 patients with oral and maxillofacial pain were enrolled and divided into two groups. Thecontrol group were treated with traditional methodsand the experimental group received specific andindividualized care. Bothgroupsreceivedpainrelief and anti-inflammationtreatment. After a period of treatment and care, patient health condition and satisfaction wereaccessed. Results： Patient health condition was improved significantly after the individualized intervention, whilepatients satisfaction in the experimental group was also significantly higher than in the control group. Conclusion： Individualized treatment can significantly improve the patient＇s health condition and patient satisfaction.
