某医院护理管理信息平台的构建与应用研究

摘　　要：以医院信息系统为依托,开发建立护理管理信息平台,包括8大模块80项护理工作表单及数据统计内容,信息平台应用前后责任制整体护理指标(病情评估、专科护理、健康教育、查对制度落实、护士掌握病情等)、护士满意度指标(护理管理、工作负荷、工作认可及与同事关系等)、工作用时(体温单绘制、处理核对医嘱、环节质控、入院评估、健康教育)比较差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过护理管理信息平台的建设,提升了护理服务品质,提高了护理管理水平。On basis of hospital information system,the nursing information platform,including eight modules and 80 nursing forms,was developed and applied. The application of nursing information platform improved the quality of responsibility system for holistic nursing in aspects of patient assessment,specialist nursing,health education,implementation of check regulations and mastery of patient＇s condition;increased nurses＇ satisfaction with nursing administration,workload and colleague relationship;shorted nursing hours in drawing temperature list,disposal of doctor＇s orders,process quality control,admission assessment and health education（P〈0.05）. The development of nursing information platform improves the quality of nursing and the level of nursing management.
