摘　　要：目的：探讨PFNA治疗逆股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：对32例逆粗隆间骨折采用PFNA治疗，根据髋关节Sanders标准评定髋关节功能。结果：术后所有患者均获得随访，随访时间10∽18个月，全部病例均达到骨性愈合。随访期间无内固定松动、断裂发生。优良率为90．6％。结论：PFNA治疗老年逆股骨粗隆间骨折，能减少手术创伤，恢复满意的关节功能。Objective：To study the effectiveness in the treatment of elderly inverse intertrochanter fracture patients treated with PFNA . Method：216 cases of elderly inverse inter -trochanter fracture patients were treated with PFNA .The hip function was evaluated according to Sanders standard .Result：All patients were followed up 10-18 months .Bone union was achieved .No loosening or breaking of internal fixation was observed during follow -up period.The excellent and good rate was 90.6%.Conclusion： The operation inter -trochanter fracture patients treated with PFNA could minimize operation injury and obtain satisfied function of joint .
