B超引导定位法和体表定位法在肿瘤患者股静脉置管中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较经体表定位和经B超引导定位在股静脉置管中的应用效果。方法:对2013年8月经股静脉置管82例进行随机分组,42例采用体表定位法经股静脉置入中心静脉导管设为A组,40例在B超引导下经股静脉置入中心静脉导管设为B组。结果:相比体表定位法,B超引导的股静脉置管时间少(12.5±4.7min)、一次性穿刺成功率(97.5%)和一次性置管成功率(97.5%)高、并发症少(仅1例),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经B超引导定位股静脉置管,是一种安全、有效的置管方法,在股静脉置管中值得推广。Objective： To compare the application of B-ultrasonic guided and body surface symbol positioning in the femoral vein catheterization for cancer patients. Methods：Eighty-two patients who accepted femoral vein catheterizaion in August 2013 in our hospital were randomized into two groups, group A included 42 patients who accepted femoral vein catheterization by body surface symbol positioning , group B included 40 cases who accepted femoral vein catheterization positioning guided by B ultrasound. Results：Comparing with body surface symbol positioning method , B-ultrosonic guided insertion got less inserting time（12. 5 ± 4. 7min）, higher one-time success puncture rate（97. 5%）, higher one-time suc-cess rate of catheterization（97. 5%） and less incidence of complications （2. 5%） with significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：B-ultrasonic guided positioning in the application of femoral vein catheterization is safe and effective and is recommended in the catherization via femoral vein.
