陈渭良伤科油治疗肌内注射致硬结60例效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨陈渭良伤科油治疗肌内注射致硬结的临床效果。方法:将120例肌内注射致硬结患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,实验组采用陈渭良伤科油治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组用药第10天与用药前疼痛程度、肿胀程度差值及用药第2天皮肤温度差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不同时间测评硬结面积比较,重复测量方差分析结果显示分组因素间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),时间因素间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),分组因素与时间因素具有交互作用(P<0.01),需进行因素单独效应分析;固定时间因素,两组用药后硬结面积比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组总体疗效、硬结消退时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:陈渭良伤科油可有效消散肌内注射药物所致硬结。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Chenweiliang Shangke You（ externally use d oil for burn and traumatic injury） in the treatment of induration induced by intramuscular injection. Methods：120 patients with induration were randomly divided into the ex-perimental group and the control group（60 cases in each group）. The treatment of wet compress with 50% Magnesium sulfate was taken in the control group;the patients in the experimental group were treated with Chenweiliang Shangke You. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results：The differences in the comparison of the degree of pain and swelling and the skin temperature were statis-tically significant between the two groups on the 10th day of treatment and before treatment（P〈0. 05）;the comparison of induration area measured in different time and the grouping factors according to ANOVA results was significantly different between the two groups（P〈0. 01）;the difference between the time factors was statistically significant（P〈0. 01）;the interaction was found betwen the grouping factors and time factors（P〈0. 01）;the differences in the comparison of the fixed time factors and the induration area after treatment were statisti-cally significant between the two groups（P〈0. 01）;the comparison of the overall curative effect and the regression time of induration was significantly different between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Chenweiliang Shangke You can effectively dissipate the induration induced by intramuscular injection.
