摘　　要：综述了近红外光谱技术在水果产业中的最新应用，系统阐述了NIR在果树栽培调控、果实品质检测、果实贮藏三方面的最新研究进展，并对其发展前景提出了展望。The latest applications of near infrared spectroscopy in the fruit industry are reviewed, me research progress in three areas, namely arboriculture regulation, fruit quality testing and fruit storage is systematically expounded, and its development prospects are proposed ,in order to provide reference for the related research work.
