摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症)可引起继发性、渐进性加重的痛经。西医主要采用药物及手术治疗方案缓解疼痛,但存在副作用明显、价格较贵、术后容易复发等弊端。中医内、外方案治疗内异症痛经,不仅副作用小,而且疗效确切,在临床上应用广泛。One of the clinical manifestation of EMT is secondary, progressive exacerbation dysmenorrhea. Western medicine mainly used drugs and operation treatment to relieve pain. But there are obvious side effects, the price is more expensive, and it is easy to relapse after operation. The TCM treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrheal has fewer side effects and exact curative effects, have been widely used in clinical practice.
