摘　　要：考虑了网络外部性特性对组织际信息系统(IOS)盈利的最优决策影响,通过设计网络外部性控制机制,分析网络外部性随参与者数量变化的性质;进一步构建组织际信息系统参与者的动态盈利模型,求解最优控制问题,得出变量的最优轨迹;最后通过仿真验证盈利模型有关结果.This working focuses on the characteristics of network externalities affecting the optimal decision to the earning of interorganizational information systems(IOS),through the design of network externalities control mechanisms to analyze the nature of network externalities coming to the number of participants.And then it is to build the dynamic profit model of interorganizational information systems' participants,and to solve the optimal control problem,and get the optimal trajectory of control variables.Finally the model simulated to validate the results of numerical calculation is profitable and some valuable research results are obtained.
