求强实践班教育模式对研究生意志力影响的问卷调查分析

摘  要:目的:探讨求强实践班的教育模式对研究生意志力的影响。方法:制定意志力测试量表,从果断性、自制性、自觉性以及坚持性等4个方面对我校硕士研究生进行意志力问卷调查,通过内部一致性和因子分析对量表条目的信度和结构效度进行分析,并统计求强实践班与非求强实践班的各维度的分值。结果:发放问卷235份,回收215份,问卷回收率为91.5%,其中求强实践班43份,非求强实践班172份;内部一致性检验的Cronbach'sα系数显示总体信度尚可,因子分析结果显示问卷的结构效度较好;各维度分值统计结果显示求强实践班分值均高于非求强实践班。结论:求强实践的教育模式有利于提升研究生的意志力。Objective:To discuss the effect on willpower of graduate students with education mode of Qiuqiang. Method: The willpower test scale has been employed from four dimensions( decisiveness, self - control, self - conscious as well as persistence). Through the internal consistency and confirmatory factor analysis, the reliability and validity have been researched; meanwhile the scores of the ex- periment team and the non -experiment teamwere made in statistics. Results: Of the 235 sending questionnaires, totally 215 question- naires were retrieved, with the experiment team 43, the non - experiment team 172. The questionnaire recovery rate was 91.5%. Inter- nal consistency check of Cronbach's shows overall reliability Alpha coefficient, factor analysis revealed the construct validity of the questionnaire is better; The experiment team both in terms of dimensions and overall willpower, are superior to non -experiment team. Conclusion:The education mode of Qiuqiang can bebeneficial to enhance the willpower of graduate student.
