摘　　要：农业生态链视角下构建农业生态经济体系,是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分,也是推动现代生态农业体系建设的一支重要力量。积极探索生态链视角下现代农业生态经济发展的新途径,帮助农业生产者规避风险,推动新农村建设,增加农民收入和抵抗农业风险的能力,促进现代农业的快速发展,成为新时期解决"三农"问题的一项重要举措。The construction of Hunan rural modem agriculture ecological value system under the perspective of ecological chain, is an important part of building a new socialist rural construction, but also an important force in promoting the construction of modem ecological agriculture system. Actively exploring new ways of system of Hunan modem agriculture ecological high value from the perspective of ecological chain, help agricultural producers to avoid risks and promote the new rural construction, increase the income of farmers and the ability against risks of agriculture, promote the rapid development of modern agriculture in Hunan, which can become an important move in the current and future to solve the ＂three rural issues＂.
