摘　　要：黄冈职业技术学院自2004年开办数控技术专业以来,经过不断的探索和深化教育教学改革,总结提炼数控技术专业在教学、生产、培训、职业技能鉴定、竞技创新和技术服务等方面取得的相关经验,创建和实践了"四级递进"的数控技术创新型人才技能培养组织形式,并效果显著。Since the start of NC technology specialty in 2004, and with the continuous deepening of the exploration and the reform of education and teaching, Huanggang Polytechnic College has summarized the related experience of NC technology in teaching, production, training, occupation skill appraisal, competitive innovation and technical service, and has created and practiced the ＂four steps＂ innovative NC technology skills training organization, and the effect is obvious.
