摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济快速发展的大环境下,科学技术取得飞速发展,各种新技术、新设备以及新工艺在各行各业的发展建设过程中取得广泛应用,并产生了良好的应用效果。油田企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟就必须结合现代科技手段不断创新和优化企业内部各种生产和开采技术,为进一步提升油田企业的综合实力打下坚实的基础。本文从小套管二次固井采油技术的思路和特点着手,对小套管二次固井、采油技术做了简单介绍。Under the circumstances of the rapid development of socialist market eeonomy, science and technology develop very fast, all kinds of new technologies, equipment and techniques are widely used in the development and construction process of all walks of life, and they get good application effects. The oilfield enteqorise should combine with the modern means of science and technology to constantly innovate and optimize all kinds of produclion and exploitation technology to stand firm in the fierce market competition and lay solid foundations for the further improvement of the eomprehensive strength. This paper introduces the secondary cementing and oil recovery technique of the small eannulas by the mentalities and characteristics of the secondary cementing oil reeovery technique of the small cannulas.
