摘　　要：近年来,机械行业竞争越来越激烈,许多企业对生产效率和产品质量都提出了较高的要求。市场竞争要求产品既要质量好,又要成本低。使用工装夹具可以实现工件的快速装夹,减少辅助加工时间,降低加工成本。本文设计了一套镗床一套筒零件内孔加工的专用夹具。其特点是结构紧凑,操作迅速、方便、省力,可以保证较高的加工精度和生产效率。Intense competitiveness in mechanical industry requires producers to improve their productivity and product quality and to meet the need for cost reduction at the same time. Using fixture in production can implement fast clamping of workpiece and reduce processing time and costs. This paper intends to design a whole set of fixture for boring machine and sleeve. With compact structure, this fixture is convenient and efficient to employ and guarantees the precision and productivity during processing.
