加拿大制浆造纸企业难以吸引大学生就业的实证研究——以加拿大温哥华地区为例

摘　　要：在加拿大BC省的温哥华地区,制浆造纸企业很难吸引大学毕业生。论文以问卷调查得来的数据为基础,运用Excel、SPSS软件进行相关性分析、列联表分析、Logistic回归分析等方法分析影响大学生未来是否愿意到制浆造纸企业工作的重要因素,为企业制定解决方案、满足人才需求提供依据。It is important but difficult for the Pulp and Paper Industry （PPI） to attract college students in Canada including Metro Vancouver. This paper aims to find out the reasons for this difficulty, identify solutions and make recommendations to enhance the attractiveness of PPI to students, using Crosstabulation Analysis in SPSS software and other analytical methods. This paper introduces industry background, the survey and research. Five reasons were found out. First, the reasons are complex. Second, the students＂ attitudes to the PPI influence students＂ career choice. Third, the career experience for students significantly influences students＂ career choice. Forth, the relationship between the students and the enterprises significantly influences students＂ career choice. Fifth, many students do not know enough about the PPI.
