摘　　要：应急物资管理作为电力应急体系的重要成分,很大程度上影响着抢险救灾应急物资的供应保障能力,面对台风"达维",临沂公司通过加强应急物资管理创新,使得应急物资调配高效有序,为电力抢修争取了宝贵的时间。本文对加强应急物资管理创新进行了分析,阐述了应急物质管理创新的主要方法并在最后总结了其产生的效益。Emergency materials management, as an important component of power emergency system, has great influence on the supply capability of emergency rescue and disaster relief. Because of strengthening the management innovation of emergency supplies, Linyi company successfully copes with the typhoon ＂dawei＂. In addition, electricity repair work gets progress soon due to the emergency material allocation is efficient and orderly. The paper firstly analyzes the management innovation of emergency materials, then describes the main method of management innovation of emergency material and summarizes the benefits lastly.
