摘　　要：一直以来,房地产开发项目土地开发成本估算都是其工程项目管理重要内容。本文通过具体案例分析,集中研究了基准地价系数修正法在房地产开发项目土地开发成本估算中的应用。The calculation of land development cost in real estate development projects is always the important part of engineering project management. Through analyzing the concrete cases, this paper intensively analyzes the application of benchmark land price correction factor method in the calculation of land development cost of real estate development projects.
