摘　　要：本文通过对环境影响评价中公众参与的问题进行分析,适当地提出一些解决的措施,并且对其意义进行探讨,希望对环境影响评价中公众参与效果能够有所帮助。Through the analysis on the problems of participation of public in the environmental impact assessment, this paper suitably puts forward some solutions and discusses the meaning of it. This paper hopes that these can provide some help to the participation effects of public in environmental impact assessment.
