基于JCI标准的医疗设备档案管理实践

摘　　要：针对设备档案管理制度不完善、资料不全、人员素质不高的现状,某院按照国际医院管理(Joint Commission International,JCI)评审标准,加强制度建设,建立和完善了医院设备档案管理制度、设备预防性维护制度等一系列制度,实行医院、科室、操作人员的三级管理,加强环节管理,明确设备档案的收集归档范围,注重收集设备风险评估和预防性维护的原始记录,重视医疗设备安全管理和档案人员素质培训,完善设备管理软件的功能,使得医疗设备档案管理更加规范化和科学化。利用医疗设备档案,编写设备经济效益分析等报告,可为购置医疗设备前期论证、规划医院医疗设备升级换代等工作提供有力的基础数据,减少重复和盲目购置,为医院科学配置医疗设备资源决策提供服务,满足医院持续发展的需要。In order to solve the problems in medical equipment records system,such as the problems of the deficient management system of medical equipment records,incomplete data and the unqualified staffs,our hospital attempts to improve the system construction and set up a new series of management system and preventive maintenance,based on the accreditation standards of JCI（Joint Commission International）.The effective and orderly medical equipment records management system carries out a three-grade management of hospital,administrator and operators.The system reinforce link management,define the range of records files archive,focus on the collection of risk assessment and the original record of preventive maintenance,value the security management of medical equipment and quality training of the staffs,and improve the function of equipment management software as well.The hospital aims at the standardization and scientization of medical equipment record management.The medical equipment archives are supposed to offer preliminary verification for equipment purchase,and provide authentic basic data for the updating and upgrading of medical equipment.Consequently,the archives will cut down repetitive and aimless purchasing and compile benefit analysis report.It will definitely work for efficient distribution of medical equipment resources and meet the need of the sustainable development of the hospital.
