摘　　要：死因管理作为疾病预防控制的一部分,其数据的准确性关系着我国疾病预防控制工作开展的有效性,对相关疾病预防,提高全国人口寿命有着深远的意义。而死因编码作为死因管理的重要部分,编码质量的优劣尤为关键。本文通过对国内外死因管理进行综述,明确国内外死因管理研究现状,找出与国外差距,为提高全国死因编码质量找到可靠依据,为提高死因管理水平提供依据和建议。The management of the cause of death is a part of the disease prevention and control.The data accuracy impacts the effectiveness of disease prevention and control in our country,which has great significance in improving the life expectancy and preventing disease.The cause of death coding is an important part of the management of the cause of death,and coding quality is particularly critical.This paper reviews the management of the cause of the death both at home and abroad,clears the management research status of the cause of the death at home and abroad,and finds out the gap between each other.It is to find reliable basis for improving the quality of the national death coding and provide the basis and suggestion for enhancing the management level of the cause of death.
