摘　　要：根据国家和产业发展要求,结合电子信息制造业规划要求与重点任务,开展国内外相关标准的调研和对比分析。采用综合标准化的基本思路和建设原则,研究完善适合电子信息制造业发展的技术标准体系,提出了"十二五"期间重点领域、重点标准以及标准化实施建议,为成套成体系落实标准化工作提供指导。According to the national and industrial development requirements and combining with the key task of electronic information manufacturing industry planning requirements, we carry out research and comparative analysis of the standards home and abroad. By using the basic concept and the construction principle of comprehensive standardization, we study for the development of the electronic information manufacturing industry technical standard system. We put forward key areas in the ＂twelfth five-year＂ period, key standards and standardization implementation advice, in order to express the guideline opinions for standardization work.
