摘 要:为能简单快速预测燕尾形轴向槽道热管热响应特性,建立热管瞬态特性简化二维线性模型。在所建立的模型中,蒸汽假定在某一时刻沿轴向具有固定的温度,热管壁面和吸液芯离散成微小的控制单元,基于控制单元的能量平衡建立控制方程。为验证模型的正确性,搭建燕尾形轴向槽道热管瞬态响应特性测试实验台。测试热管的启动关闭特性,同时也测试了负荷阶梯递增及递减时的瞬态响应特性。比较了实验测量值和模型预测值,两者吻合较好。A simplified two - dimensional model was developed to predict transient response characteristics quickly and simply for the heat pipe with axially swallow - tailed microgrooves. The vapor was assumed to have a constant temperature in a special moment in the proposed model, wall and wick of heat pipe could be split into small control volumes, governing equations were developed based on the energy balance of control volumes. The test system of transient temperature response was assembled to validate the proposed model. The startup/shutdown characteristics was conducted at different power, at the same time transient temperature response was tested under the condition of stepped increase or decrease of heat load. The experimental results were compared with the numerical results and found to have a good agreement.
