摘 要:动车组运行过程中的高速气流影响绝缘子表面污秽分布特性。为在试验室内有效模拟雾霾天气对动车组车顶支柱绝缘子积污及闪络特性的影响,研究在严重污染气候条件下在网运行动车组绝缘子表面污秽分布规律具有重要的工程实用价值。应用比较分析方法,采集不同空气质量指数(AQI)条件下的污秽样本,分析等值附盐密度(ESDD)、不可溶物密度(NSDD)、等值灰盐比KN/E和上下表面污秽不均匀度KNSDD、KESDD分布规律。研究结果表明:针对SC-400C型环氧树脂基复合绝缘子,其NSDD、ESDD、KN/E及KNSDD、KESDD最大值均出现在绝缘子中部伞裙处,不同部位伞裙表面污秽分布具有明显的波动性。除7号伞裙上下表面污秽量无明显差异外,其余伞裙上表面污秽量均大于下表面污秽量。伞裙表面脏污程度同空气质量指数AQI呈现出正相关关系,AQI指数对ESDD有显著影响。In order to simulate pollution accumulation and flashover characteristics of the post insulators on the roof of China High-speed Railway(CHR) under frog-haze conditions effectively, we researched the distribution law of the pollution on the surface of the insulators on the running CHR under serious pollution conditions. It was found that the distribution character of the pollution on the surface of the insulators was affected by the high speed air flow when the CHR ran. To compare the collected pollution samples under different air quality index(AQI) conditions, we analyzed the distribution characters of equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD), equivalent insoluble deposit density(NSDD), equivalent salt-ash ratio KN/E, and irregularity of the pollution on the up-down surface KNSDD, KESDD. The result shows that the maximum values of NSDD, ESDD, KN/E, KNSDD, and KESDD of the SC-400 epoxy resin composite insulator are all found in the middle umbrella of the insulator, the pollution distribution on the surface of the different parts of the umbrellas has obvious volatility. Except the 7th umbrella, the pollution quantity on the surface of the rest umbrellas shows that the up side degree is higher than the down side area. The level of the pollution on the surface of the umbrellas is proportional to AQI.
