摘  要:为给输电线路绝缘子自然积污污秽度测量、微溶盐对污层电导率贡献和污闪电压研究提供参考,在人工雾室内对单片悬式玻璃、瓷和复合绝缘子的表面污层饱和附水量进行了研究。分析了材质、伞形、污秽度、复合绝缘子憎水性对蒸汽雾中绝缘子的表面污层饱和附水量的影响。研究表明:绝缘子饱和附水量与绝缘子的表面积和附灰密度(NSDD)直接相关,饱和附水量与NSDD基本呈线性关系,当NSDD增大到3.0 mg/cm2时,饱和附水量趋于饱和;相同污秽度下,瓷绝缘子的饱和附水量密度约是玻璃绝缘子的1.1倍;空气动力型绝缘子饱和附水量密度分别为伞下带棱的普通和深棱型绝缘子1.1、1.2倍;复合绝缘子饱和附水量密度远大于瓷绝缘子和玻璃绝缘子,约为单伞玻璃的3.9倍,单伞瓷的3.5倍,3伞瓷的3.1倍;复合绝缘子憎水性丧失后,饱和附水量密度约降低为憎水性丧失前的2/3。研究结果可为绝缘子污秽度测量、污层电导率研究和污闪试验提供参考。In order to provide references for the study of insulator site pollution severity measurement, contribution ratio of slightly soluble salt to the pollution layer conductivity and pollution flashover voltage, we studied saturated absorption of water quantity of the single cap and pin suspension glass, porcelain insulators, and composite insulator in artificial fog chamber. We analyzed influences of the different materials, sheds, pollution severity and hydrophobicity of the composite insulator on the saturated absorption of water quantity of the insulator surface pollution layer. Results indicate that the saturated absorption of water quantity in insulator surface pollution layer is directly relevant with insulator surface area and non-soluble deposit density(NSDD), and the saturated absorption of water quantity is linear with NSDD, moreover, when the NSDD increases to 3.0 mg/cm2, the saturated absorption of water quantity tends to be saturated. Under the same pollution severity, the unit area absorption of water quantity of the porcelain insulator surface is about 1.1 times that of the glass insulator, while the specific area absorption of water quantity of the aerodynamic type insulator surface is about 1.1 and 1.2 times that of the common and deep under-rib sheds type insulator, respectively. The specific area saturated adsorption of water quantity of the composite insulator is much more than that of porcelain and glass insulators, and is about 3.9 times and 3.5 times that of glass and porcelain single disc aerodynamic insulator, 3.1 times that of porcelain triple disc aerodynamic insulator. After loss of hydrophobicity of the composite insulator, the specific area saturated absorption of water quantity decreases to about two thirds of that before loss of hydrophobicity. The results can be an important reference for insulator pollution severity measurement, pollution layer conductivity research and pollution flashover test.
