摘　　要：从政治社会学的角度审视,乡镇社会的发展与变革演绎了中国当代基层社会对整个社会发展与稳定的现实意义和理论意义。而稳固基层系统结构的正是千千万万的乡镇干部,他们的功与过、苦与乐应该如何理解、如何评判,需要我们做出微观的分析,以较为客观的数据还原他们的种种面相,提出化解乡镇干部压力困境的对策。From the perspective of social politics, the development and change of the village and township society expound on the practical and theoretical significan of development and stability of the whole society as for the role of the gross-foots society in modern China. It is no other than tens of thousands of township cadres who stabilize the so-cial basic system structure. More micro-analys and objective data are needed for us to understand and evaluate their merits and demerits as well as their pleasure and pain. Some countermeasures are put forward to extricate township cadres from the pressure dilemma.
