摘　　要：从医院管理层面,探索医务人员院外进修的管理模式,营造积极外出进修,增强理论实践能力和努力提高专业技术水平的氛围,从而全面提升医务人员的整体素质和业务技能,进而推动医院全面建设和发展。From the hospital management level, we explore management of medical staff for advanced studies. The hospital created an atmosphere that medicao staff were active for further studies. At the same time the theory , practice ability and professional technology were to be improved. All of these will promote the hospital construction and development in an all ways.
