摘  要:目的探讨股骨踝上骨折内固定方法及疗效。方法选取20例新鲜股骨标本为研究对象,分别采取Ender钉、L形踝钢板、动力踝螺钉、逆行交锁髓内钉固定。结果 逆行交锁髓内钉内固定垂直压缩性位移最小为0.61mm,显著低于L形踝钢板与Ender钉(1.22mm,3.30mm),P<0.05;逆行交锁髓内钉固定方法的抗折弯力和抗轴向压缩力学性能最强,动力踝螺钉抗扭能力最强。结论 动力踝螺钉、逆行交锁髓内钉内固定生物力学性能优越,广泛适用于各类型的股骨踝上骨折,并发症少。Objective To study the femoral ankle fracture internal fixation method and curative effect. Methods Selected 20 fresh femur specimens as the research object, made an ankle on the femoral fracture model, respectively adopt Ender, l-shaped ankle plate, dynamic ankle screw, retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail fixation. Results Retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation effect was the best, it was higher than the other three ( 56%, 74% and 68%, P〈0.05), retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation with minimum vertical compression displacement was 0.61 mm, significantly lower than L ankle nail plate with Ender (1.22 mm and 3.30 mm), P〈0.05, suggesting retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation were most strong, not easily deformation displacement. Conclusion Dynamic ankle screw, retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation of biomechanics of superior performance, are widely used in various types of femoral ankle fracture, and has fewer complications.
