健脾降脂方治疗高龄高脂血症患者的临床疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾降脂方治疗高龄高脂血症患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取高龄高脂血症患者120例,随机分为中药治疗组(健脾调脂方)与对照组(辛伐他汀),分别检测治疗前后的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平,并观察不良反应情况。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均比对照组改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健脾调脂方能有效的治疗高龄患者的高脂血症,不良反应少。Objective Analysis of Jianpi Jiangzhi Decoction clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods We selected 120 cases of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia, were randomly divided into treatment group （Jianpi Jiangzhi Decoction） and control group （simvastatin）, Before and after treatment were detected in TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C levels, and observe the adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group, treatment group TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C levels were higher than those in the control group improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jianpi Jiangzhi Decoction can effectively treat elderly patients with hyperlipidemia with less adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application..
