参附针联合左卡尼汀针治疗透析相关性低血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：对参附针联合左卡尼汀针治疗透析相关性低血压的临床疗效进行分析。方法资料选自2011年10月～2014年3月在本院接受治疗的尿毒症患者28例，以参附针联合左卡尼汀针作为主要治疗手段。结果治疗后患者出现低血压的次数和几率明显降低，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论予以透析相关性低血压患者参附针联合左卡尼汀针治疗，能够提升透析效果。Objective To combined l-carnitine and attached to the needle treatment the clinical curative effect of dialysis hypotension correlation analysis. Methods Data from October 2011 to March 2011 in our hospital for treatment of 28 cases of uremic patients with combined l-carnitine and attached to the needle as main treatment means. Results After treatment significantly lower the number of patients with low blood pressure and risk, a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Correlation Conclusion Dialysis hypotension combined l-carnitine and attached to the needle treatment, can improve effect of dialysis.
