摘 要:目的:探讨个性化健康教育对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者生活质量的影响。方法:将32例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各16例,观察组采用个性化健康教育模式,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式。评价术前、术后4w及12w两组患者的生活质量。结果:术前两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义;术后4w、12w两组患者生活质量评分较出院当日均有所提高,而同时期观察组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:实施个性化健康教育可提高乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的生活质量。Objective: To investigate the effect of individualized health education on the quality of life in patients with modified radical mastectomy. Methods: 32 patients with modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. And the patients in the former group received individualized health education and those in the other group had collective raditional health education. Preoperative and after operative of 4 weeks and 12 weeks, the two groups were evaluated comparatively quality of life. Results:At preoperative, there were no significant differences between the groups in terms of the quality of life. But the diferences were significant at discharge after operative of 4 weeks and 12 weeks (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Implementation of individualized health education may improve the quality of life in patients with modified radical mastectomy.
