中草药防治番鸭呼肠孤病毒病的研究

摘　　要：根据番鸭呼肠孤病毒造成肝脏及免疫系统损伤等特点,结合中草药抗病机理形成组方,按特定方法炮制成水剂KDL,分组进行了不同剂量的防治番鸭呼肠孤病毒病的试验。从试验结果可以看出,4种不同剂量的中草药制剂KDL口服,对本病均有防治作用。综合评价,推荐防治用量为KDL 2.0 mL/只,连用5 d,攻毒发病率为16.66%,死亡率为13.30%,保护指数达85.22。Based on Muscovy duck reovirus＇ damage on liver and immune system and disease resistant mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine, the formulation is determined and liquid drug KDL is made according to specific methods. Experiments are thus carried out to test the effectiveness of different doses in the prevention and treatment of Muscovy duck reovirus The results show that the four different doses of oral liquid drug made from Chinese herbal medicine are prove to be effective. According to a comprehensive assessment, the recommended dosage is 2.0 mL of KDL per duck, after five days of use, morbidity rate is lowered to 16.66%,morality rate 13,30% and the protective rate arrives at 85.22.
