一测多评法测定蓼博颗粒中4种有效成分的含量

摘　　要：建立中药复方制剂蓼博颗粒中4种有效成分一测多评的定量检测方法,以用于质量评价。以血根碱为内参物,建立白屈菜红碱、没食子酸与穿心莲内酯的相对校正因子,利用校正因子计算白屈菜红碱、没食子酸与穿心莲内酯的含量,实现一测多评;同时采用外标法测定以上4种成分的含量,比较两种方法的差异,验证一测多评法的准确性和科学性。蓼博颗粒中4种成分含量的计算值与实测值无显著差异。表明建立的只用1种对照品同时测定蓼博颗粒中4种有效成分的方法准确、可行,适合中药的多指标质量评价模式的要求。To establish a quantitative analysis method of multi-component by a single maker （ QAMS） for the four components quantitative detection in Liaobo powder for its quantitative evaluation. Sanguinarine was used as the reference, the calibration factor of gallic acid, andrographolide and chelerythrine to that of sanguinarine were calculated respectively to get each relative calibration factor and the contents of active constituents were calculated by the relative calibration, and then, the method was set up. At the same time, external standard method was used to detect the contents of the four constituents, the two methods were compared to validate the accuracy and feasibility of the new method. No significate difference were found in the quantitative results of the four active constituents between the measured value and the calculated value. In this study, only one reference substance was used to determination of four effective ingredients in Liaobo powder at the same time. The method is accurate and feasible and suitable for the requirements of the multi-index evaluation model of Chinese traditional medicine.
