摘  要:在一定温度下,对羟基苯甲酸与硝酸盐在浓硫酸中发生反应,生成物在碱性溶液中产生黄色化合物,该黄色化合物在390~420 nm处有强烈吸收,利用该现象可实现对硝酸盐氮的测定。为了确保对羟基苯甲酸与硝酸盐反应温度一致,用试管代替比色管、用漩涡混合器代替手动摇晃试管,结果 6次平行测定3.91 mg/L硝酸盐氮标准溶液,相对标准偏差0.77%,对合成水样及实际水样加标回收率处于97.0%~102.1%。At certain temperature and in concentrated sulfuric acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid reacts with nitrate in water. The resultant brings about a kind of yellow compound in alkaline solution. The yellow compound has strong adsorption capacity in a range of 390-420 nm. This phenomenom can be made use of for determining nitrate nitrogen.To ensure a concordant reaction temperature for p-hydroxybenzoic acid and nitrate,a test tube is used for replacing colorimetric tube and vortex-mixture for replacing manual shaking tube. As a result,the relative standard deviations(n =6) is less than 0.77% for 3.91 mg/L of nitrate nitrogen standard solution through 6 times of parallel determination. The standard recovery rates of synthetic water sample and actual water sample are between 97.0%-102.1%.
