摘  要:为研究肉鸭饲料中玉米适宜粉碎粒度,本试验选取体重接近的1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭2520只,随机分成4个处理组,每个处理组6个重复(栏),每个重复105只肉鸭。各处理组玉米粉碎筛片的大小分别为2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0 mm,试验期为37 d。结果表明,不同玉米粉碎粒度对肉鸭各阶段及全期的体重、日增重、料重比、日均采食量以及育肥指数影响均不显著(P〉0.05),但5.0 mm粉碎筛片下(质量几何平均粒度为984.0μm)肉鸭全期料重比较低,为1.946。38日龄屠宰性能数据分析表明,各处理组间的胴体出成率、胸肉率、腿重率、脖皮率、板油率均差异不显著(P〉0.05)。由此可见,肉鸭对玉米粉碎粒度适应范围较广(613.4~984.0μm均可),在肉鸭实际生产过程中,玉米粉碎筛片可选择5.0 mm(即粉碎玉米质量几何平均粒度为984.0μm),相比其他处理,该粉碎粒度对肉鸭出栏体重无影响,并能够降低肉鸭料重比。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of grinding corn with different hammer mill screen open- ings(HMSO) on duck performance. 2520 one-day-age Cherry Valley ducks with similar body weight were divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates of 105 ducks each.In this experiment, HMSO were 2.0,3.0,4.0 mm and 5.0 mm.The experiment last- ed for 37 days.The results showed that HMSO had no significant effect on body weight(BW),average daily gain(ADG),feed conversion ratio (FCR),average daily feed intake (ADFI) and fattening index of ducks(P 〉 0.05).But ducks had the lowest feed conversion ratio( 1.946)at 37 days when corn was ground through 5.0 mm HMSO.Slaughter data analysis of 38-day-old duck showed that different hammer mill screen openings had no effect on the rate of carcass,breast rate,leg weight ratio, neck skin percentage and suet rate of ducks (P 〉 0.05 ).In summary, ducks had a wide adaptability of corn ground through an HMSO of 2.0,3.0,4.0 or 5.0 mm.Corn ground through a HMSO of 5.0 mm could reduce conversion ratio of ducks.
