摘　　要：本文结合我院门诊就医流程,阐述了门诊分诊叫号系统的功能设计以及软硬件组成。分诊叫号系统实施以来,优化了就医流程,提高了工作效率和患者的满意度。According to the outpatient service process in the hospital, this paper elaborates the hardware system, software system and the functions of the triage and queuing system. The application of the system has optimized the outpatient service process and improved the work efifciency of medical staff and satisfaction degree of patients.
