摘　　要：我院在实施物流ERP系统中,通过流程优化,结合先进的信息技术,规范了医用高值耗材的采购、配送、消毒、使用、核算、追溯等一系列关键环节,实现基于物流ERP系统对医用高值耗材的精细化与闭环管理。Based on the implementation of logistics enterprise resource planning （ERP） system in our hospital, through process optimization combined with advanced information technology, we standardized a series of key links associated with high-value medical consumables, including procurement, distribution, disinfection, use, accounting, and retrospect. And ifnally we achieved ifne and closed-loop management of high-value medical consumables.
